Production Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee plant operations, ensure quality control, and contribute to improving overall plant efficiency through hands-on involvement and problem-solving. You will work closely with a larger team in a fast-paced environment, supporting both daytime and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
Load and unload equipment and materials
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly
Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment
Log and record equipment readings and procedural data
Maintain quality control standards throughout production
Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
Handle materials safely and efficiently within the production process

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in plant operations or related fields
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in plant operations
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift Operator Certification
Experience with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and quality control
Proficient in data logging
Physical stamina and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and time management abilities
