Sales-Driven Personal Banker: Build Relationships
UMB Bank
UMB Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build relationships, understand client needs, and recommend financial solutions. You will convert transactions into cross-sell opportunities, call leads, visit businesses, and develop referral networks while meeting daily metrics. A HS diploma is required; you should have retail experience and reliable transportation, with the ability to work branch hours including weekends.
