Responsibilities Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps. Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset. Follows all processes without taking shortcuts. Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help others grow. Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others. “Hands‑on” training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi‑million dollar business. Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests. Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of the restaurant. Leading a team of 10‑20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards. Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5‑star service, quality and cleanliness. Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety. Food Safety Certification and training. Ensure proper recording of food waste and track trends to inform of appropriate action. Knowledgeable and can submit QIC for food credits.
