Job Overview

Hospitality Business Review is expanding its client outreach and service offerings. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through effective communication and follow‑through.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, presenting services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work independently while meeting goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach
• Present company services and explain value to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and manage a sales pipeline
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Attend virtual or in‑person meetings as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and handling objections
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or business development
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
• Ability to manage multiple leads at once
