We create well rounded technical people who can go into any environment, figure out the issue, and implement the fix, regardless of technology. We simply do not silo our people, instead we work with them bring them up to speed.

RESULTS Technology provides complete IT services for our partners, everything from a manned Service Desk for them to call into for help to any compliance or regulatory needs they must adhere to. We do it All or part of it, allowing them to focus on their business while we take care of their IT infrastructure.
This is not a position for the faint of heart, you must like being busy, you must want to be part of developing new technologies, you must have the drive and the want to above all else take care of the person on the other side of the phone.

Although the corporation is based in Overland Park, KS this is a full-time 100% remote position. There are times where you must go onsite to the client and handle a situation for them so you do need to based in the Kansas City area; however, you will work remotely.
This position requires a minimum of 1 years in an actively employed service/helpdesk position in the IT industry. Unfortunately, at this time, candidates who are unable to meet this as a minimum requirement will not be considered. IF you have experience working for an MSP that is a HUGE bonus as you understand the intensity of the position.
We are looking for a Tier II Systems Administrator to provide technical support to users in a time-efficient and accurate manner. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. As a Tier II Systems Administrator, you could be the customer's first contact when calling in with an issue or a escalation point for some of the less experienced help desk people. You must be capable of collecting information through customer conversation and solving basic to advanced computer problems like password resets, basic to advanced troubleshooting, and installing software. Candidates with any type of banking experience will be given first chance for interviews.
Each candidate will be asked three questions, how many years of experience do they have, this is defined as working technology-related tickets via email or phone calls (please refer to Desired Skills). Are they capable of working in a full-time remote capacity the only answer is yes. If the candidate is unable to drive into client sites as needed, the only answer is Yes. The background check must be yes as we perform work for industries that are heavily regulated. This person must be reliable.
Service Desk Responsibilities
- Be an escalation point for the help desk and assist System Engineers as needed.
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process.
- Track, route, and properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure.
- Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed by supervisor
Service Desk Requirements
- Must want to be part of a Team
- Must be reliable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport, listening, and questioning skills.
- Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Proficiency in English, as this work is primarily remote, clear communication with clients is a must via phone.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Have a valid driver's license and are able to lift and carry basic computer equipment.
