We are a busy independent European repair shop in the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area looking for an experienced  Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our team. We specialize in  BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Range Rover, and Porsche .

This is a great opportunity for a dealership advisor who is tired of the corporate environment and wants to work in a shop with a  more relaxed atmosphere, strong technician team, loyal customers, and a quality-over-quantity mindset .

We are  not corporate owned , and we do things differently. Our employees come first. We have built a strong reputation in our area, and our customers already trust us because they know we do good work. We have plenty of  incoming leads and returning clients , so you will not have to fight to create work or constantly chase cars.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and build relationships
• Listen to customer concerns and write clear repair orders
• Prepare estimates and present recommended services
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Help maintain workflow and deliver an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer highly preferred
• Automotive knowledge required; European vehicle experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to sell needed work honestly and professionally
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
