Pediatrics Physician

Community Health Center – Pediatrician – Miami, FL Location: Miami, Florida Position: Full‑time, salaried Pediatrician (70‑hour budgeted federally qualified health center) Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish or Creole and English. Responsibilities: Provide primary and specialty pediatric care to patients. Work a contracted schedule of 45–60 hours per week, averaging 8 hours per day. Operate six days a week with no weekends, nights, or on‑call requirement; leave office by 2 p.m. for newborn nursery rounds (1 week out of 4). Maintain an average of 22 patient visits per day across 225 working days annually. Collaborate with a full support team that includes a scribe, medical assistants, a medical home coordinator, an immunization nurse, a referrals clerk, a medication prior‑authorization liaison, and other practice staff. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $160,000, with potential to earn up to $200,000 based on patient volume. Benefits package includes: 5 weeks vacation (with pay for unused days) + 3 personal days. 8 paid holidays. 5 paid CME days. 6 sick days. Additional 3 weeks vacation after four years of service (for a total of 8 weeks after four years).
