Member Specialist

Position Summary Sam’s Club Associate – Member Frontline Services. Provides member service, maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas, processes purchases, handles returns, follows safety and security policies, assists with training new associates, and promotes company products and services. Responsibilities Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns. Maintains checkout area, entrance and exit zones, and arranges merchandise. Processes purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Follows company safety standards and conducts safety sweeps. Monitors for unsafe situations and reports to facility management. Assists members with inventory location and purchasing decisions. Handles emergency response procedures and maintains required documentation. Trains new associates on company processes and teaches new technology. Contributes to continuous improvement and process refinement. Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
