Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Duration: 11 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel PACU RN – Travel Assignment Shift: Days – 9:00 AM–9:30 PM Contract: 13 weeks Schedule: M–F, varying days off Days: 9:00 AM–9:30 PM / 9:00 AM–11:00 AM FLEX start Weekly Hours: 36 scheduled / 24 guaranteed Local Rule: Arizona residents are not eligible for Arizona assignments Key Requirements 24 months PACU experience – Required Recent PACU experience within the last 12 months – Required Previous Travel RN experience – Required Must have experience in both Pre-Op and PACU Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment Active Arizona RN License – Required BLS – Required ACLS – Required PALS – Required Certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI PACU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months Driver’s license required for residency verification Patient Population PACU / Post-Anesthesia patients Pre-Op surgical patients Fast-paced surgical environment Specific patient population not provided About Care Career Care Career brings together a portfolio of leading healthcare staffing organizations, each delivering specialized talent solutions across the industry.
