Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA seeks a Patient Access Service Specialist to support patient-centered care in our multi-specialty practice. This role manages patient scheduling, registration, and insurance verification while serving as a key first point of contact for the Sandhills community. Responsibilities include confirming appointments, updating demographics, obtaining authorizations, and ensuring accurate data entry in EHR and practice management systems. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing compassionate, professional service and helping ensure efficient access to high-quality surgical and medical care.
