Work Environment

This position operates within a home care setting, wherein you will directly visit patients in the comfort of their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, manage pain, and promote rehabilitation.
• Maintain excellent customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention through effective communication and care.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions at patients' homes, performing procedures designed to improve their condition in accordance with physician plans of care.
• Educate and support patients and their caregivers, providing necessary resources to promote independence and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from orthopedic to pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in California.

• Proficient in computer skills and able to utilize electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time physical therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
