Delivery Driver

We’re hiring Cannabis Delivery Drivers in Pacheco. If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean record, and strong customer service skills, join one of the fastest‑growing cannabis delivery teams. Overview Pay: $17 per hour + tips. Company‑issued vehicles available for use during shifts. Full‑time position with steady work and a supportive team. Key Responsibilities Load, package, transport, and deliver cannabis products safely and on schedule. Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy. Accept payments and provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or complaints. Adhere to all transportation laws, company safety procedures, and cannabis compliance regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and follow assigned routes and schedules. Communicate effectively with on‑site and support teams and use handheld devices for routing and order fulfillment. Safeguard company equipment and report any incidents. Perform other duties as requested by a supervisor. Requirements Open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Must be 21 years of age or older. Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs. to a height of 5 ft. and over a distance of 50 ft. All electronic devices must be used hands‑free to comply with state laws. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for prolonged periods. Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills. Dependable, reliable, and detail‑oriented. Prior delivery driving experience (1–2 years) preferred; cannabis experience preferred. Qualifications 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred. Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple deliveries. Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
