Behavioral Health Specialist

Mental Health Association of Rochester

Provide integrated mental health services to adult Medicare patients in underserved communities. Conduct psychosocial assessments and deliver individual and group therapy. Create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and care teams to support patients with chronic conditions, social stressors, and behavioral health issues. Work bilingually in English and Spanish to effectively serve diverse populations.
