Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Coordinate and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing and seamless operations.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and accounted for.
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Facilitate ongoing training and development for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact between management and staff, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences and lasting impressions.
