This remote position allows you to collaborate effectively with educational professionals and mental health providers from the comfort of your home. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will communicate regularly with teachers and school staff to ensure a well-rounded approach to student mental health. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct age-appropriate, culturally sensitive bio-psychosocial assessments to address mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs.

• Deliver high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families, encompassing counseling, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.

• Document mental health evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans electronically, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
\n
• Provide referrals to local resources, such as medication assistance programs, and facilitate access to community agencies for additional support services.

• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to develop effective processes for data collection and analysis, facilitating ongoing improvement of care delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with students facing a variety of challenges, including social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. You will provide essential support, helping bridge the gap between mental health services and academic success. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and crisis intervention methodologies, with the ability to exercise independent judgment related to direct services.

• Effective skills in group facilitation, allowing for the planning and implementation of family and group therapy sessions as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
