Job Description

  Oversee all day-to-day field operations.

  Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.

  Manage project schedules and maintain construction milestones.

  Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

  Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
  
  



• 
  Monitor workmanship, quality control, and project progress.

  Resolve field challenges and maintain project productivity.

  Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

  Proven Senior Superintendent experience within commercial construction.

  Track record leading ground-up and renovation projects.
