As an Employee Benefits Data Consultant, you will analyze, strategize and support cost mitigation and utilization within our clients benefits plans. Primarily working with middle market to large group clients, this client facing function will add incredible value to our partnership with our customers. What You'll DoIdentify, analyze and interpret benefits plan data to identify population risk, financial, and utilization trends.Develop risk strategies through value-based plan design, contribution, and benefits initiatives.Prepare financial forecasts through predictive modeling tools.Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.Enhance the plan communications platform by leveraging technology.Support sales and prospecting efforts in the Large Group Practice.
