Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

Location: Conyers, GA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This position includes the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs based on patient needs.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits/week.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
