The Position:

Housekeeping is the heart of our hotel. You provide a clean, comfortable, and safe environment at the highest standard for our guests at The Willcox. Our guests feel relaxed and happy, all because of you! Cleanliness is your priority, and you have a passion for making sure that everything is well-arranged for our guest's cozy "home away from home". You like to stay busy, working in a team environment where we all help each other create exceptional experiences for our guests.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Work within the housekeeping team to clean guest rooms and public space areas, including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Keeping supply closets and caddies organized and well-stocked.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues observed during shift
• Respond to guest requests, being willing to go above and beyond to create an exceptional guest experience

Qualifications

• Be friendly and smiling
• Good communication skills
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to navigate steps/stairs on a regular basis
• Carrying and lifting items up to 15 pounds.
