Agente De Seguro
Nuestro cliente se encuentra en bsqueda de un(a) Agente de Seguro para formar parte de su equipo. La persona seleccionada ser responsable de brindar asistencia y orientacin a clientes, atender consultas relacionadas con los servicios ofrecidos y proporcionar una experiencia de servicio excepcional. Buscamos candidatos con experiencia en servicio al cliente, ventas y call center, que cuenten con excelentes destrezas de comunicacin y un enfoque orientado al cliente.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes de manera profesional y eficiente.
- Brindar informacin y orientacin sobre productos, servicios y procesos relacionados con planes mdicos.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones de acuerdo con las polticas establecidas.
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes y casos para garantizar una resolucin oportuna.
- Registrar y actualizar la informacin de los clientes en los sistemas correspondientes.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacin y cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Cumplir con las mtricas de calidad, productividad y servicio al cliente.
- Ofrecer una experiencia positiva y de excelencia en cada interaccin.
Requisitos:
- Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente.
- Experiencia previa en ventas y en un ambiente de call center (requisito indispensable).
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicacin verbal.
- Habilidad para identificar las necesidades del cliente y ofrecer un servicio de calidad.
- Manejo bsico de computadoras y sistemas de informacin.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinmico y con alto volumen de llamadas.
- Orientacin al cliente, atencin al detalle y trabajo en equipo.
Compensacin:
- Salario: $13.00 por hora. + Comisiones
- Horario: Lunes a domingo, turnos rotativos entre 8:00 a.m. y 8:00 p.m.
