Position Highlights Oversee the daily operations of the Pharmacy department, including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and supervision. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and manage the development and enforcement of security protocols. Manage purchasing of all supplies and materials needed for departmental functions. Position Requirements Bachelor's in Pharmacy (PharmD or BS required; MBA/MS preferred) Minimum of 5 years related experience. The right candidate with extensive clinical experience (10+ years) in a hospital setting may be considered. IV Certification must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire. Hospital Based Experience REQUIRED. We will look at candidates who are currently in a retail setting, if they have experience within a hospital-based setting.
