Weekend Memory Care Aide 7am-3pm $18.50-$28 (Full Time) Position – Weekend Warrior Memory Care Support Partner. Position type: full-time. Our starting wage for Memory Care Support Partners is $18.50 per hour. Shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Location: The Princeton at 1701 SE Oldham Pkwy, Lee’s Summit, MO 64081. Responsibilities Advocate empathy by creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Observe residents to discover their interests, abilities, and unique characteristics; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success. Set the stage for a successful day (“mise en scène”): prepare dining areas, libraries, and residents’ rooms for daily routines. Partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep. Document resident care and changes in condition. Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for residents. Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
