About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its business operations in a services environment. The COO will be responsible for overseeing core administrative functions, strengthening financial and people operations, and supporting the organization's long-term growth. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include directing day-to-day business operations, guiding budgeting and financial performance analysis, overseeing human resources administration, and leading initiatives to improve workflow and service quality. The ideal COO candidate for the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with an MBA or relevant certification being an advantage. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing business operations within a services organization is required, with a preference for those with law firm experience. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to assess complex operational issues, develop recommendations, and implement effective solutions. Strong leadership, supervisory capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. A solid background in financial management and analysis, including advanced proficiency in Excel, is also necessary. Experience with legal or financial management software is a plus, and the candidate must be willing to work outside standard business hours when business needs require it.
