Housekeeping Manager-Field Operations - Tahiti Village

Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of EVS staff. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations. Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the EVS staff team. Oversee daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient rooms. Coordinate floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and stripping. Ensure compliance with all housekeeping standards and procedures. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and staff assignments. Qualifications Experienced housekeeping or supervisory background. Highly organized with strong leadership skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. Ability to manage a daily staff of 16–20 employees effectively. Compensation $16.00 hourly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sands of Kahana
