K-12 Construction Project Manager

Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets

Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and administration

Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and school district stakeholders

Monitor project financials and maintain accurate cost forecasts

A successful K-12 Construction Project Manager should have:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Strong experience with K-12 or similar institutional projects

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities

Experience leading subcontractors and project teams

Proficiency with construction management software

Strong communication and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
