Bilingual HR Assistant

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a part time Bilingual HR Assistant to join a manufacturer in Youngsville, NC. This is a part-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting the Human Resources team with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
• Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and preparation of employment documentation.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist employees with HR-related questions, including benefits portal support.
• Support open enrollment by assisting employees with enrollment questions and system access.
• Track attendance, timecards, and employee hours while maintaining attendance records and reports.
• Assist with employee engagement activities, training programs, recognition events, and HR compliance, including OSHA 300 recordkeeping.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and general administrative support.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; medical device or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
