Youth Services Specialist

Douglas County Juvenile Department is seeking a seasoned Juvenile Program Manager I to oversee staff, ensure safety of youths, and supervise detention or residential facilities in Roseburg, Oregon. You will lead operations, manage budgets and contracts, interpret laws, and coordinate with local agencies.
