About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This includes:

• Managing the overall administration of the facility, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of various departments, including nursing, rehabilitation, social services, and activities

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

• Providing administrative support to the facility's Director and other senior staff members
