Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, replacement and all other means to keep machinery and building in good working order.

Responsibilities :

· Maintain a documented preventative maintenance program.

· Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical issues regarding molding equipment that would prevent optimal performance of said equipment.

· Maintain building and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural aspects.

· Communicate with equipment suppliers to assist in performing job tasks, troubleshooting issues/repairs, and purchasing parts.

· Communicate with production team.

· Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

· Strong mechanical aptitude.

· Knowledge and application of hydraulics, electronics, and mechanical systems.

· Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal direction.

· Capable of learning and working with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel and our ERP system.

· Experience with injection molding equipment including but not limited to, automation, robots, and vision systems.

· Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working overtime as required.

· Capable of working with and training others as needed.

· Must possess a strong commitment to the Company and to the production of quality product.

· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

· Able to safely operate forklifts.

· Able to safely operate power tools.

· Able to accurately use measuring equipment as needed.
