Qualifications Must haves: Desire to lead Positive attitude Organizational skills Efficiency Sense of humor Strong interpersonal skills Resilience Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field Great to haves: 2‑3 years residential property management experience Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA High School Diploma or equivalent or post‑secondary education a plus Compensation The compensation range for this role is $72,000 - $90,000 per year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
