North American Automotive Group in Cumming, GA is looking for an experienced CPA, Accountant/Financial Operations Manager to join our team!

Qualifications for the Accountant/Financial Operations Manager:
Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant is highly preferred
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA is a plus
Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience with accounting software
Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
Responsibilities for the Accountant/Financial Operations Manager:
Reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial status
Liaise with Tax Accountants
Keep company financial information confidential
Establishes company directives, vision, and goals.
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Coordinates activities of departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products/services.
Consults with other executives, and staff about general operations.
Establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
Establish accounting policies and procedures
Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
