Pharmacist Career Opportunity Encompass Health, the nation's leading provider of in-patient rehabilitation, seeks dedicated pharmacists to ensure safe medication use and to positively impact patient well‑being. The role involves shaping policies, developing clinical services, and integrating medication management into rehabilitative care. Responsibilities Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations. Contributing to the development of pharmacy‑specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agency regulations. Active participation in interdisciplinary teams, leveraging critical information for positive patient outcomes. Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medication in adherence to legal and professional pharmacy standards. Qualifications State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the hospital state.
