Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Clarksville, TN and Hendersonville, TN
Pay: $46/ hour
Schedule: Full-Time

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care within Tennessee scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols
• Review patient histories, assess periodontal health, obtain appropriate records and radiographs, and bring concerns to the dentist's attention
• Deliver authorized hygiene services with consistent attention to quality, patient comfort, and safety
• Educate patients about their oral health, home care, and recommended next steps in clear, practical language
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical notes, charting, and treatment records
• Prepare for each patient, manage appointment time responsibly, and communicate delays early
• Provide dentists with concise clinical handoffs and work closely with assistants and the business team to keep patient care coordinated
• Follow infection-control, sterilization, privacy, and workplace-safety procedures
• Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical calibration

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification and any other credentials required for the role
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage your patient schedule independently
• Careful documentation, reliable time management, and consistent follow-through
• Warm, professional approach to patient education and communication
• Openness to feedback, accountability, teamwork, and continued learning
• Ability to reliably commute to the assigned office
