This rural hospital operates with 49 to 76 beds and serves as the sole hospital in its county, providing care to a 3,000-square-mile rural service area. The facility manages a patient volume exceeding 100,000 annually and delivers critical services to a broad regional population. Clinical operations are conducted on-site across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings.

The area offers a range of cultural and entertainment activities, including fairs, festivals, art exhibitions, and live performances. The area maintains an active events calendar with options spanning music, theatre, and community gatherings.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings through 24-hour call shifts at an on-site facility in California. Clinical responsibilities include performing deliveries - both cesarean section and vaginal - as well as gynecological surgeries. Call coverage is required as part of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is negotiable for this position.
