Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing various assessment tools and interviewing techniques. Design personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused and trauma-informed care, to effectively address clients' issues. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies for improved outcomes. Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health therapy to enhance service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LICSW with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base facing a range of challenges. Your focus will primarily be on individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and effectiveness in counseling contexts. Preferred Experience Experience working in a community health setting or similar role, providing therapeutic services to diverse populations. Compensation and Benefits We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
