Traffic/Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift M-Th

divh2Job Description/h2pEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliInspect and verify packages, parts and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and accuracy/liliComplete inspection records and inventory transactional paper work as needed/liliFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet quality requirements/liliWork as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goals/liliPack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips and any required documentation. Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping location/liliGenerate shipping labels and documentation using shipping software./liliContact shipping/freight companies for pick-ups as required/liliUse forklift to move materials as necessary/liliMonitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering system/liliFollow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks/liliCross train and assist other areas of production as needed/li/ulpDesired Knowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulliStrong attention to detail/accuracy/liliDemonstrated ability to be a strong team player/liliExperience with computer systems/liliExperience with forklift/liliPrevious shipping and receiving experience in a fast paced environment/liliExcellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to change priorities quickly and remain positive/liliCustomer focused with a strong aptitude for quickly learning part numbers and manufacturing processes/li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliAbility to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds./liliStand, walk, and bend for extended periods./liliFrequent bending, stooping, and reaching in warehouse and dock areas/liliManual dexterity for handling packages, paperwork, and computer equipment/li/ulpQualifications:/pulli2+ years experience shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment/liliKnowledge of freight shipping methods and documentation/liliExperience with ERP, WMS, or shipping systems/liliBasic understanding of inventory control processes/li/ulpFor candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range for this position is $17.12 - $29.09 per hour./ppOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
