Project Coordinator

NEW Full Time Role Summary An IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy platform to a modern, scalable solution. This role involves close collaboration with project leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate project activities, ensure communication flow, and track progress. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure to enterprise integration technologies and agile project management methodologies. Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program in partnership with the Senior Project Manager. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating schedule, resource, or dependency issues as needed. Assist with coordination of integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support. Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance sessions. Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items. Escalate project issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and professionalism. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk registers. Support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed of project status and changes. Assist in tracking project progress and preparing status updates for leadership review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. Typically, 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education. Experience with agile/scrum methodology is desirable. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities. Strong coordination and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. Comfortable working closely with project stakeholders and vendors. Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies is advantageous. Capable of supporting project activities from planning through deployment. Availability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office and remote work. Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 hourly This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
