Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator (Owner's Representative) We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and project controls teams on large-scale construction and capital projects. This role provides administrative, scheduling, cost coordination, onboarding, and project tracking support while ensuring effective communication between owners, contractors, and project stakeholders. Experience supporting data center, industrial, mission-critical, energy, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Support project teams with coordination, scheduling, reporting, and project documentation. Manage and maintain RFIs, project logs, milestone schedules, and tracking tools. Coordinate contractor reviews, onboarding activities, site access, and compliance requirements. Assist with cost tracking, change order validation, and project controls activities. Attend project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Help identify schedule risks, project impacts, and opportunities for process improvement. Preferred Background Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and project tracking tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction or field-based project environment. Nice to Have: Data Center construction, commissioning, or owner's representative project experience, Major Capital Project experience, General Contractor experience Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
