Guest Service Specialist

Guest Service Specialist Gervasi Vineyard Canton, Ohio Duties Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at day's end Preparing audits based on the front office ledger Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc. Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc. Requirements Opera Cloud experience is a plus but not mandatory. High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year hotel experience required Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel Numeracy skills Administrative skills Benefits Pay: $17.00-$19.00 an hour Employee PERX Discounted meals Medical Dental & Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
