Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
Location: Pasadena, TX
Full-Time | Direct Hire
$20/hr.
About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a stable work history to support a fast-paced, customer-focused team.
This role supports a client in the insurance industry , and training will be provided on internal systems, products, and processes.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle customer needs, resolve issues independently, and contribute to a high-quality service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish.
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist with account updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish & English (professional level required).
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Stable work history (2+ years in at least one role preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Call center, banking, healthcare, or customer support environments.
- Experience handling high-volume interactions.
Note: This role is best suited for experienced customer service professionals. Candidates early in their careers or with primarily insurance-focused backgrounds may not be the best fit.
