Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
