Job Overview This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects to support Operational Excellence and drive Responsible Growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand and provide insight into processes to optimize and manage operational efficiency and/or associated costs. Job expectations include outlining processes/activities, associated talent, and cost outputs to drive solutions and improvements through standardization, automation, and other process improvement ideas. Role Purpose Drive adoption and optimization of emerging technology tools across the team, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role serves as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, enabling the organization to fully leverage advanced capabilities such as AI. Responsibilities Build relationships and partner closely with line of business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects and interpretation of results Lead daily activities of project deliverables Integrate capabilities with key enterprise initiatives such as Operational Excellence, Simplify and Improve, and organizational health Serve as a change catalyst by identifying efficiency opportunities and driving change Additional Responsibilities Emerging Tech Enablement Partner with onshore and offshore teams to implement and scale tools including AI solutions (Flare and Copilot), Alteryx, and Tableau AI Strategy & Integration Develop and execute a roadmap for leveraging AI capabilities to enhance processes, analytics, and decision‑making Workflow Optimization Ensure all Alteryx workflows are efficient, standardized, and aligned with best practices to maximize performance and minimize risk Governance & Standards Establish and maintain best practices for technical documentation and controls Technical Resource & Support Serve as a go‑to technical expert for team members, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and development assistance for emerging tech tools Innovation Advocacy Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance business processes Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in roles where technology has been utilized to drive automation and process improvement Catalyst for change and a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions and fostering a culture of operational excellence Experience driving efficiency improvements through process re‑engineering and the strategic adoption of new technologies Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, self‑starter, with excellent anticipation skills, problem solving, and follow‑up Extensive experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Copilot, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including tact, diplomacy and ability to influence multiple stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft business applications Desired Qualifications Experience within The CFO Group, with a strong understanding of CFO processes and tools Skills Analytical Thinking Collaboration Influence Presentation Skills Stakeholder Management Business Analytics Consulting Data Mining Data Visualization Innovative Thinking Process Design Process Management Program Management Project Management Strategy Planning and Development Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr Bank of America
