Project Executive

The Fordy Group has been retained to identify an experienced Project Executive with a proven track record delivering Healthcare construction projects.

Our client is a leading construction and project delivery organization specializing in large-scale Healthcare facilities. Renowned for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, they have built a strong reputation for innovation, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.

As Project Executive, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of major manufacturing and industrial projects, ensuring excellence across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape project strategy and execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, while building strong relationships with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted project leader.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, budgets, schedules, and commercial performance.
• Drive collaboration, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.
