Job Description
Step into a high-energy role where every project challenges you to deliver precision, quality, and speed. As a Project Manager II, you will lead fast-track interior renovations and tenant improvement projects in live, operational environments. From preconstruction planning to project closeout, you’ll drive financial performance, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects exceed client expectations. This is your chance to take ownership, mentor emerging leaders, and leave your mark on projects ranging from $1M–$20M+.
Requirements
Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven success managing interior construction or renovation projects in occupied spaces with tight deadlines
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring junior staff
Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and project closeout procedures
