Position Overview

Alta Roofing is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital platforms and oversee the development of our brand presence throughout Utah. This position will be responsible for website management, social media strategy, content creation, lead generation campaigns, reputation management, and overall marketing execution.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience creating content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and building systems that generate consistent leads.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management & Development

• Manage and oversee Alta Roofing's website.

• Coordinate website redesigns, updates, and improvements.

• Work with web developers and designers to implement new functionality.

• Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.

• Manage SEO strategy and local search visibility.

• Create and update landing pages for marketing campaigns.

• Track website analytics and conversion rates.

• Ensure all content remains current and accurate.

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.

• Manage company presence across:
  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • YouTube

  • Google Business Profile

  • LinkedIn

  • TikTok (if applicable)

• Create monthly content calendars.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.

• Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content Creation

• Capture and organize job site photos and videos.

• Create:
  • Instagram Reels

  • Facebook posts

  • YouTube videos

  • Customer testimonials

  • Educational roofing content

  • Before-and-after project showcases

• Develop content highlighting:
  • Insurance claims assistance

  • Storm damage restoration

  • Commercial roofing projects

  • New construction projects

  • Customer success stories

Lead Generation & Advertising

• Manage paid advertising campaigns:
  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Google Ads

  • YouTube Ads

• Track campaign performance and ROI.

• Create lead generation funnels.

• Improve conversion rates from digital marketing channels.

• Develop seasonal and storm-related marketing campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Create SEO-focused blog content.

• Manage local SEO initiatives.

• Optimize Google Business Profile.

• Improve local rankings for roofing-related keywords.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Reputation Management

• Manage online reviews and customer feedback.

• Develop systems to increase Google reviews.

• Monitor review platforms and social media mentions.

• Maintain Alta Roofing's professional online reputation.

Marketing Systems & Reporting

• Develop and maintain marketing SOPs.

• Build and maintain a prompt library for AI-assisted marketing content.

• Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics.

• Provide monthly reports to ownership detailing:
  • Leads generated

  • Website traffic

  • Social media growth

  • Advertising performance

  • Cost per lead

  • Return on marketing investment

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of marketing experience.

• Experience managing social media accounts for a local service business.

• Strong content creation skills.

• Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Proficiency with Canva and content creation tools.

• Experience with Google Business Profile management.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Preferred

• Roofing, construction, or home services marketing experience.

• Google Ads certification.

• SEO experience.

• WordPress experience.

• Video editing experience.

• Drone photography and videography experience.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Compensation

Base Salary: $30,000 - $90,000+ annually (DOE)
