Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
PrimeHealth Staffing LLC
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting July 30-August 21 at their Corporate Health clinic in Altoona, PA. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DEA and DOT Certification are preferred for this assignment, but are not required.
