Field Service Technician - Heavy Equipment $40/HR HIRING NOW

Location: Belmont, OH | Salary: $30 - $40 per hour (Based on Experience)

RECO Equipment, Inc. is a stable and growing company looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technicians to join our team! We offer steady work, a clear career path, and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of heavy and compact equipment.

Top Pay: hourly wage of $30 - $40/hr based on your expertise, Overtime availability
Advanced Tools & Training: Access to the latest diagnostic tools, manufacturer software, company service truck, and training on new technology.
Tools Provided: Must provide and maintain personal tools. Tool replacement program offered.
Benefits: 401k retirement plan, Pension plan, comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account), supplemental insurance options, and Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance.

Paid Time Off: 40 hours after 90 days of employment, 80 hours after 1 year of service. 9 paid holidays per year ( after 90 day waiting period )

Requirements:

What you’ll do:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment at both customer job sites and branch locations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Bring:

Strong mechanical aptitude with proven experience in heavy equipment repair.
Expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrain components.
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
Strong troubleshooting and professional communication skills.
