Position Overview A full‑service Texas‑based law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with experience in real estate development and investment work in Austin, TX. The firm has offices across major Texas markets and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with meaningful client contact and complex, high‑value work. Salary $200,000 – $245,000 per year. Responsibilities Complex legal drafting in acquisitions, development, and commercial planned communities. Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development transactions. Collaborate with business development and market‑strategic teams to support client goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial real‑estate law. Familiarity with acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate.
