Our Boyceville, Wisconsin facility is a core production hub and is currently undergoing exciting expansion as we scale to meet growing global demand.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our operations team at our Boyceville facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, driving reliability improvements, and ensuring our equipment and systems run at peak efficiency. As we grow and prepare for a new facility coming online in the next few years, this position will play an increasingly strategic role in how we support production operations across our sites.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, enjoys solving complex equipment challenges, and wants to lead a team that is central to keeping our operations running smoothly.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership- Supervise and coordinate daily work assignments for a team of maintenance technicians- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support to direct reports- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and skills gap identification for the maintenance team- Lead execution of small to mid-size maintenance and improvement projectsPlanning and Reliability- Develop and manage detailed job plans, PM schedules, and technician routes within the CMMS- Own the accuracy and continuous improvement of work order data within the maintenance management system- Partner with operations and production scheduling to align maintenance windows with production downtime and changeovers- Identify and prioritize maintenance requests from cross-functional teams- Support long-range planning for equipment reliability, TPM initiatives, and forward-looking maintenance strategiesSafety and Compliance- Ensure all maintenance work is planned and executed with safety as the top priority- Enforce and integrate critical safety protocols including LOTO, arc flash, hot work, and confined space procedures- Champion a strong safety culture across the maintenance team and broader plant floorCost and Resource Management- Drive efficiency through smart resource allocation and maximizing internal capabilities before engaging outside contractors- Collaborate with parts and inventory teams to maintain optimal stocking levels- Support maintenance budget activities and cost tracking with the Maintenance ManagerRequired Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience within a maintenance function- Demonstrated proficiency using CMMS systems for work order management and planning- Strong troubleshooting skills across both mechanical and electrical systems- Solid working knowledge of safety protocols including LOTO, arc flash, confined space, and hot work- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyNice to Have- Degree or diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field- Experience in food manufacturing with knowledge of GMP and food safety standards- Background in spray drying, powder processing, or similar specialty manufacturing environments- Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (regulated manufacturing environment)Why This Role- Join a company backed by a global enterprise with long-term investment in people and facilities- High-visibility role with real impact on plant operations and a growing team- Be part of an expansion story -- new facility coming online in the next few years means growing career opportunities- Stable, permanent position with a company that has operated successfully in the region for many years
