We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
Skilled Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- Setup and breakdown of work areas
- Operate power and hand tools
- Load and unload materials
- Perform general clean-up and other assigned duties
Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques
- Able to use power and hand tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength lift 80 lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Prior background in general construction, hardscapes, or heavy manual labor.
- Interest or basic experience in traditional automotive mechanics or turning wrenches
- Valid driver's license.(Not required, but a plus)
- CDL driver's license (Not required, but a plus)
